  • Collision Industry Foundation – Strategic intra-industry plan organization and development for a 501(c)(3) foundation to create a sustained vehicle for positive growth and evolution of the foundation whose mission is to support and help direct charitable programs and activities of interest to the collision repair industry

  • Participate in Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s collision repair advisory board begun in 2008 for the purpose of reviewing and enhancing its Total Liberty Care, TLC, and TLC Plus direct repair programs and further developing Liberty’s next generation collision repair “Concierge” customer care direct repair program.
  • Keystone Automotive Industries Insurance Advisory Council formation and facilitation of its initial summit on June 28, 2007, in Chicago, Illinois. The council's input and perspective will help guide and support Keystone's future direction in working will all facets of the collision repair industry.
  • Keystone Automotive Industries Customer Advisory Council formation and facilitation of its inaugural meeting on January 16, 2007, in Scottsdale Arizona. The council is a key partner in creating and validating strategies that will assist Keystone achieve their mission of exceeding customers’ expectations.
  • J.D.Power automotive collision repair assessment concept research and testing associated with auto physical damage repair certification; Las Vegas, 2004
  • Planning and facilitation for The Everest Partners Performance Group, a member group of multi-location collision repair owners.  The Everest Partners operate a branded network of collision repair centers across a broad multi-state geographic market.  As independent repairers, they are committed to high standards of excellence in cost efficiency, quality repair, process improvement, and policyholder satisfaction.
  • Automotive Resources International, ARI, Technology Advisory Group, January 2006, Las Vegas, Nevada.  Developed and facilitated key client technology advisory council is for client acquisition and integration and company growth and development.

  • Member for Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., DKI, a residential and commercial remediation, repair, restoration, and disaster recovery franchise business providing claims processing and management solutions to the property and casualty insurance and commercial property industries.  DKI provides its franchise membership with business, education, product, service, and networking opportunities.

Industry Expert Advisor and Witness

  • Provided industry and market data to JPMorgan Chase & Company to support the April 2007 Solera Holdings, LLC initial public offering.
  • Provided expert testimony for a collision repair facility condemnation case. Testimony focus centered on the adverse business and revenue impact on a collision repair operation due to the potential loss of insurance company DRP business as a likely consequence of the any final facility condemnation due to eminent domain.
