Mary
Jane Kurowski, an associate with the firm, has a
broad spectrum of business and industry experience in companies
ranging in size from Fortune 50 corporations to privately-held
businesses.
Specializing in sales and marketing
management, she has provided strategic and tactical leadership
in account acquisition and business development. She also
has several years of experience in proprietary employee training
and training program development, corporate finance, and as
an assistant general manager.
Ms. Kurowski’s industry
experience includes property and casualty insurance, automotive
services, property repair and restoration, consumer products,
packaging, and industrial electronics. |

Matthew Ohrnstein currently serves as Managing Director of Symphony Advisors, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on delivering strategic, operational and financial advisory services to participants in the automobile aftermarket parts and services supply chain and to automobile insurance physical damage claims organizations.
From the Company's founding and initial financing in 1997 until October, 2004, Mr. Ohrnstein served as Chairman and CEO of Caliber Collision Centers where he led Caliber's strategic initiatives and key financial relationships. Over the course of Ohrnstein's tenure as CEO, Caliber Collisions Centers acquired or developed 68 collision repair centers with annual revenues of over $200 million.
Mr. Ohrnstein began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (predecessor to KPMG), in New York and Los Angeles. In 1980, Mr. Ohrnstein joined Insureco Incorporated as vice president and corporate controller of this insurance and information processing holding company. Beginning in 1983, Mr. Ohrnstein served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of CAIR Systems Corporation, a leading information systems and services provider to property and casualty insurance agents and brokers. In 1991, Mr. Ohrnstein joined Specialty Insurance Service as President and CEO. Specialty Insurance Service, now a subsidiary of NYSE traded Fiserv, is a leading information systems and service provider to property and casualty insurance companies.
Mr. Ohrnstein holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Marcy Tieger
began her professional career in 1982, working as a claims representative
for a major insurer, handling all aspects of claims from auto physical damage to litigated matters. While working in insurance,
she attended law school. She graduated in 1987 and became a member of the bar that same year. Prior to joining Symphony Advisors,
Ms. Tieger was a Principal with the firm Berger Kahn, where she specialized in insurance, labor and employment and business litigation.
She also served as an adjunct professor at Western State University, College of Law.
A frequent author, Ms. Tieger has contributed articles to Collision Week, ABRN,
Claims Magazine, Verdict Magazine, the Los Angeles Daily Journal, San Francisco Daily Journal and Chicago Daily Bulletin.
Ms. Tieger has also lectured and provided training to the International Institute of Research,
Southern California Fraud Investigators Association, as well as various insurers, on claims
handling, management development and training issues. More recently, she presented at NACE and the Akzo Nobel
ACOAT Annual Meeting on employment-related matters, including recruiting, development and retention of employees.
Ms. Tieger holds a B.A. and a M.A. from California State University, Fullerton and a Juris Doctor from Western State University,
College of Law. She is also a member of the board of the Women's Industry Network (WIN).

Jason Schneiderman , currently serves as the Managing Consultant at Coreclusion, LLC, a technology consulting firm focusing on providing business-oriented IT strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and workflow-based application implementation to the collision, insurance and financial industries.
Mr. Schneiderman has over 20 years of senior management, project management, business analysis, and system design experience within a wide range of industries from collision repair to manufacturing, finance and insurance. His initiatives have varied from development of an IT strategic plan for a major collision repair chain to IT strategic planning and workflow-based application design and implementation for automotive-related third-party administrators, property and casualty insurance firms, and retail financial firms. Through the application of a consistent business and technology approach, his clients have realized a return of 15 to 20 percent from his efforts. The firm’s focus has been on identification of the key business drivers and requirements, enhancement of the business processes, and support and automation of those processes through cost-effective technology.
Mr. Schneiderman began his career with Andersen Consulting (predecessor to Accenture) and has since held a variety of positions including Principal, Managing Consultant, and COO for a variety of technology and consulting firms prior to establishing Coreclusion. Throughout his career he has advocated a business focused technology approach that leverages engineering tools and financial analysis to establish a competitive advantage through the effective application of technology to business. Mr. Schneiderman holds a BA and MBA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Rochester. |
